Daisy is a 4-year-old lab mix who is in the process of getting certified as a therapy dog. She and her handler will then be able to go into nursing homes, hospitals, and schools to visit with people to provide affection, comfort, and support. Whether it’s sitting with a child learning to read, visiting with a nursing home patient, or delivering Jared Boxes to kids in the hospital, her goal will be to improve the lives of the people that she meets! Her first official event was the Penn State Homecoming parade. Everyone fell in love with Daisy. Welcome, Daisy! I can’t wait for you to deliver some Jared Boxes.
