If you are driving on route 51 and make the turn on coal valley road, it will take you up a large hill towards the hospital. There will eventually be a sign for the James Bibro Building/vaccination parking on your right. Make a right then quick left to park in the James Bibro building parking lot. You can pull right up front to the building and I will come out to get everything. The James Bibro entrance is right before you get to the actual hospital entrance. if you reach the hospital entrance then you've gone too far.
